The color(s) violet, yellow, gold, pink, white, orange, yellow, purple, chartreuse, and blue and green is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of The Soul Candy Project mark consists of a cluster of semi-transparent, multi-colored water color shapes that look like "bubbles", overlapping each other & appear behind the words "Soul Candy Project", in violet, Manhattan Darling font. The words Soul Candy Project are written horizontally approximately ¾ of the way down the mark. The cluster of bubbles & scripted words are surrounded by a ring in the form of a yellow/gold brushstroke. The ring does not make a complete circle but rather one continuous brushstroke with some paintbrush irregularities around the bubbles and behind the letters "oul" and "ject." For the purposes of clarity, the locations of the bubbles are described below corresponding to a location on an analog clock. The largest bubble of the design is centered in the middle of the cluster on "the face" or center of a clock. This bubble falls behind the "ndy" and "P" of Soul Candy Project. From left to right, this bubble is pink & gradually fades to a lighter watercolor pink, white, orange & yellow. Within this bubble & behind the letter "d" in Candy, there is a smaller pink bubble. The right section of this smaller pink bubble is obscured by the letter d in Candy. One half of the pink bubble is seen to the left of the vertical stroke of the letter "d" & a tiny sliver of the very right edge of the pink bubble is seen behind the letter "d." Where this biggest bubble overlaps the "10 o'clock" purple bubble, purple ring & pink bubble, the colors are a few shades darker, forming darker purple, darker pink & darker orange colors. At "10 o'clock," in the top left corner of the cluster, there is a purple bubble that has a lighter shade of pink swirling horizontally through it. This purple bubble is surrounded by a pink ring that is thicker in some places & thinner in others as if it were hand-painted with a brush. This particular purple bubble overlaps with another orange-toned watercolor circle in the lower middle section or around "9 o'clock" ~ creating a bright yellow-orange burst of color where the two bubbles meet. The pink ring mentioned above that surrounds the purple bubble overlaps this orange bubble almost halfway into the orange bubble. This particular orange bubble falls behind the letters "Can" in Soul Candy Project. At 11 o'clock, there is a pale yellow, light flesh colored bubble ringed by a slightly darker color in the same color family. This bubble slightly overlaps with the biggest bubble in the cluster as well as the purple bubble & pink ring mentioned above. The pink ring overlaps the pale yellow bubble from the left of the bubble & crosses almost halfway into the bubble. The area where the pink ring meets the pale yellow bubble is slightly darker. Moreover, the area where the pale yellow bubble meets the purple bubble (about 1/10 into the bottom left side of the pale yellow bubble) is a darker shade of purple. At one o'clock, at the top-right-hand side of the cluster, there is a smaller dark pink watercolor bubble that overlaps the dark orange bubble ("3 o'clock") but also the biggest bubble and a chartreuse/ light green bubble ("12:30") above it. This smaller dark pink bubble is not opaque as it is lighter in the center & darkens around the ring, and where there is overlap with other bubbles. At "12:30", the chartreuse green bubble is above the dark pink bubble. This bubble overlaps with the largest bubble in the center of the cluster forming an uneven overlap line. The largest bubble covers ¼ of the chartreuse bubble. Above the chartreuse bubble is a light blue smaller bubble. It is not centered on top of the chartreuse bubble; instead, it is set slightly to the left of center. At "three o'clock," a medium-sized orange watercolor bubble overlaps the largest bubble in the center of the logo about a ¼ of the way on the right side. This orange bubble has a thin, irregular dark orange ring around the medium-sized bubble. Within this orange bubble is a deeper orange smaller circle that is surrounded by a deeper orange concentric ring of the same shade. In the areas where this orange bubble & deeper orange bubble & ring overlap the biggest bubble, the colors are slightly darker. Below the orange bubble & behind the letters "Pr" in Project, there is a robin's egg blue bubble with a concentric bright green ring & a concentric bright blue ring.
