The mark consists of two shapes similar in appearance to assymetrical boomerangs, with the first boomerang like shape having the open ends of the boomerang angled downward, with the right hand leg further down than the left hand leg (forming something of an upside down "U" with a slight point at the bottom of the "U" with the upside down "U" tilted right-ward) with the point (or nose) of the first boomerang type shape pointed tilted up and out to the right. The second boomerang shape slightly smaller than the first boomerang type, placed to the right of the first boomerang shape, with the second boomerang type shape oriented with the open ends of the second boomerang shape pointing back to the left toward the first boomerang shape with the uppermost leg of the second boomerang shape angled toward the nose of the first boomerang shape, and the lower leg of the second boomerang shape angled and pointed toward approximately the middle of the right hand leg of the first boomerang shape. The point (or nose) of the second boomerang shape is pointed directly to the right. Appears as if the first boomerang shape is falling to the right into the smaller second boomerang shape which is racing away.
