The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a bottle design that is made to appear like a shrunken head, featuring an overall rounded shape like a skull, two central eyes placed on either side of a nose with two nostrils, ears with extended lobes on both sides of the eyes and equally-spaced from the eyes, and protruding lips. The back of the bottle features two curved raised lines placed together to indicate a scar. The eyes, lips, and scar have cord or other material threaded through to give the appearance of being tied together. A series of divots runs from near the bottom of the bottle towards the top. The top of the bottled is conical and textured to resemble hair, where a top portion of the hair lifts off to uncover the bottle mouth.
