The mark consists of a stylized shield, rectangular on the top, with some vertical lines going downwards from the inner edge. The lower part of the shield is triangular and also has some vertical lines going downwards inside of it. In the center of the shield is the phrase CATALY in upper case, stylized letters, which extend past the edges of the shield. Below the letters TA is the acronym CO. also in upper case stylized letters, with double wavy lines extending on either side of the CO. Above the letters C and Y are five point stars, one on each side.
