The color(s) Red, Blue, Black, White is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the outline of a red figure doing a yoga pose on top of a blue banner. The yoga pose the red figure is doing is known as downward facing dog or Adho mukha svanasana in Sanskrit. The blue banner contains the writing "MIND THE BODY" in white letters. At either end of the blue banner are 5 black rectangles in descending order from longest to smallest meant to replicate the weights at the end of a barbell. Holding up the blue banner with the white letters "MIND THE BODY" is the outline of another red figure. The red figure at the bottom of the mark is meant to be pictured at the top of a clean, a common movement in weightlifting that ends with the weight being raised and locked out above one's head. The space contained inside both the upper and lower red figure outlines, and outside the blue banner is filled with black.
