The mark consists of "BLACC SPOT MEDIA" written in bold capital letters in a stylized font on the same plane from left to right. The "B" is missing the vertical line in the letter. The "L" is missing about one third of the horizontal line, beginning from the right angle where the main vertical and horizontal lines would ordinarily connect. It also has a small vertical line on the right end of the horizontal line. The letter "A" in the words "BLACC" and "MEDIA" have an extra piece at the top of the letter that protrudes out to the left side and hangs over the left diagonal line, vertically in line with its center. The blank spot in the center of the "A" extends through the right diagonal line, splitting it in two pieces. The bottom part of the right diagonal line that would connect with the horizontal line in the letter "A" is missing. The "P" is missing most of the vertical line in the letter that would connect it to the horizontal u shape that would complete it. The lower part of the u shape extends past where the vertical line would intersect it. The "O" is a series of incomplete, concentric circles that start between the "P" and "T", but extend outward to the midpoint of the "P" and the furthest point right on the horizontal line of the "T". The "M" is missing a small piece of the right diagonal line that would connect with the right vertical line. The "E" is missing the vertical line that would connect the three horizontal lines, and the top horizontal line extends slightly past the others, nearly combining with the top part of the "D". The "D" is missing a small section that would connect the vertical line with the u shape at the top of the letter. This top part extends past the vertical line and nearly touches the top horizontal line of the "E". Below "BLACC SPOT MEDIA", "WHERE DESIGN MEETS INNOVATION" is written in lower case letters in a plain font. Two dashes border the beginning and end of the phrase. The first dash is beneath the first "C" in "BLACC". The text "WHERE DESIGN" begins where the first "C" ends. It finishes where the "P" begins. The text "MEETS INNOVATION" begins beneath the furthest point right on the the outermost concentric circle. The final dash begins where the "D" in "MEDIA" ends.
