The mark consists of an abstract graphic design suggesting three mountains and a meandering stream, all contained within a matted, rectangular frame. The three mountains are represented by angular, continuous, single-lines consisting of three intersecting, inverted "V"'s of varying size, the "peaks" of the three mountains being approximately the same elevation and all situated in the upper third of the frame, creating the perspective illusion of being "background." The mountains positioned on the left and right sides of the frame are of approximately equal size and intersect the matting line of the frame. The third mountain is situated in the middle of the frame, behind, and largely obscured by, the other two mountains, so that only its upper portion and peak are visible, creating the illusion it is somewhat distant from the other two mountains. A zig-zagging angular line emanates from the intersection of the two larger mountains creating the illusion of a meandering stream flowing from the mountains. In its meandering, the stream line eventually intersects first the left side of the matting line of the frame, and finally terminates in the lower right corner of the matting line of the frame, widening slightly as it moves away from the mountains, enhancing the illusion of perspective, i.e., that the stream is flowing towards the viewer. The lines comprising the mountains, stream, and matting rectangular line are all of the same hue, while the remainder of the graphic is a highly contrasting, darker hue.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
