The mark consists of a hexagon with a double green line outlining it. Inside the hexagon there are five white stars at the top point of the hexagon. Below that is a green bridge with a green cannabis leaf in the middle of the bridge. Below the bridge is a green banner with white plus signs on either end of the banner, that goes past the edge of the hexagon, making it wider then the hexagon. Written in white lettering in the middle of the banner is "GOLDEN STATE". Below the banner is the word "FARMS" in white lettering. The background color of the hexagon is a variant color grade. Starting at the top point of the hexagon, where the five white stars are located, the color starts out yellow, then changes to gold. As the color travels down the hexagon it changes to orange in the middle of the hexagon and then to a burnt orange at the bottom part of the hexagon. The white in between the double green line on the outside of the hexagon, as well as on the outside of the green banner, represents transparent areas that are not part of the mark.
The color(s) yellow, gold, orange, burnt orange, green, and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
