The mark consists of the word "Barrel", the word "Reserve", the letters "BR", three evenly-spaced circles of different circumference, and a total of twelve (12) dots, which are evenly-spaced between the beginning and the end of the words "Barrel" and "Reserve". The two outermost circles are evenly-spaced closely apart, with the inside of the two thicker and darker in appearance than the outside of the two. The third, innermost circle is as dark and thick as the inside circle of the two outermost. Situated evenly between the two dark, thick circles, spaced and curved with the contours of the circles in an arched manner, are the words "Barrel" and "Reserve" in all caps and all letters of the same font, size, shape, and thickness. Situated and evenly-spaced between the "L" in "Barrel" and the last "E" in "Reserve" are six (6) dots, lined up with the bottom portion of said "L" and the top portion of said "E". Similarly, six (6) dots are evenly-spaced and situated between the "B" in "Barrel" and the leading "R" in "Reserve," lined up with the bottom portion of said "B" and the top portion of said "R". Located completely inside the innermost circle are the letters "B" and "R", which are in the same font as the other letters, but larger and darker in appearance. The "B" and the "R" located inside the innermost circle are touching, but not interlocking, with the bottom right half of said "B" lined up with and touching the top left portion of said "R"; there is no white space visible between the bottom right half of said "B" and the top left half of said "R". The words "Barrel". "Reserve" and the letters "BR" are all evenly tilted top-left and bottom-right of the vertical center approximately 45 degrees.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
