The mark consists of a thin outer circle with negative space in between it and a thicker circle. Inside of the thicker circle, at its 12'oclock appears the word "Entrepreneur". In the same circle, at its 3 & 9 o'clock appear "=". In the same circle at the 6'oclock there are the words "Life Style". The 3rd circle makes up the inner portion of the logo and is mostly negative space except for the stylized letters "ELS" that appear inside. At the very bottom of the circle it spells "Entertainment".
