The mark consists of a circular chain link, including eight links. Four links are positioned in the front and are in the general shape of the numeral 8, with two links positioned vertically on the left and right of the circle, and two links positioned horizontally at the top and bottom of the circle. Four links are positioned behind the front links. Three of the links connect the top link, left link, bottom link, and left link, which appears as a dot within the openings of the four links positioned in the front. The fourth link behind the front links is connected to the right front link at one end but extends upwards and away from the circle so that an opening is formed in the chain-link circle. The opening in the right side of the opening of the top link does not have a dot and the link extending upwards and away has a dot at its far end.
