The mark consists of a crest with a thick gold outline border and a thin black outline border. The crest is separated by 3 diagonal sections. The top right section is shaded purple and gradually shades to dark purple to the bottom right portion. The center section is white with a thick gold outline border. The bottom left section is shaded purple and gradually shades to dark purple to the bottom right portion. The Greek letters "tau", "epsilon" and "phi" appear in white, vertically centered on a black rectangle in the center diagonal stripe with a gold border with seven white dots on both the left and right, two white dots on both the top and the bottom and one green dot in each of the four corners, all outlined with a grey and black border. A silver link chain forms a circle around the rectangular area with the Greek letters, with red hearts, outlined in silver, to the left and right. A stylized white three-feathered plume with black outlining appears to come out of the top of the right heart. A left facing gold oil lamp, stylized red-and-gold leather book, and 3 white stars in a triangle formation appear at the bottom left of the crest. The oil lamp has an orange and red flame appearing to come out of the spout. Centered above the crest is a silver knight's grated helmet and silver body armor, both with white and black shading, with two silver swords with black-and-silver striped handles facing diagonally underneath the body armor so that they appear to cross. Centered below the crest is a silver ribbon which contains the black Greek letters "tau", "alpha", "upsilon", "epsilon", "pi", "omicron", "iota", "lambda", "delta", "nu", "phi" and "iota".
