The mark consists of a design comprised of the following elements: the wording "IHS" with a cross emanating from the letter "H" and a series of lines of alternating lengths, radiating above the wording in a semi-circular arrangement. Below the shield is a bow with the wording "A.M." and "D.G.", below which, is the date "1887". A branch emanates from each side of the bow and curves alongside the sides of the shield. The shield is divided into four fields, with a smaller shield at the center featuring a letter "G" amidst a background of diagonal lines. With respect to the larger shield, the upper-left field shows two wolves and a pot over a fire, with the pot featuring a column of stylized smoke depicted as a series of vertically arranged rounded shapes; the upper-right field contains diagonal lines; the bottom-right field shows four falcons, a cross, and a shield bearing two lions and two fields of horizontal bars; the bottom-left field shows a landscape with a waterfall, mountains, a teepee, and sun on the horizon.
