The mark consists of the current 50 star and 13 stripe flag of the United States of America. The flag is fully surrounded by a smooth bronze-colored border. The embossed bronze tactile figures on the upper left side are the stars, each of which represents one of the current 50 States, in a field of brown. Labeled at the extreme right of the recessed brown horizontal stripes is the Braille symbol of the lower case alphabet "r" preceded by an additional arrangement of Braille dots 4, 5, and 6 which symbolize their color. Between each of the recessed horizontal brown stripes are raised bronze colored horizontal stripes. At the extreme right of the raised bronze colored horizontal stripes is a brown area consisting of the Braille symbol of the lower case alphabet "w" preceded by an additional arrangement of Braille dots 4, 5, and 6 symbolizing their color.
