Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a filter tip for cigarettes in the shape of a truncated cone (frustum), with such cone tapered from its base to a narrowed, flat end through which the user inhales smoke, i.e., the "base" of the "truncated cone" filter tip adjoins another truncated cone, formed from rolling paper, which is filled with smokable material. The accompanying drawing shows the filter tip in the shape of a truncated cone (frustum) (i.e., the mark) as a component of a cigarette, with the excluded portion demarcated with dashed lines. No portion of the cigarette, other than the filter tip, is claimed as part of the mark.
