"COLLEGE" AND "EDUCATION"
The mark consists of a white circle with an exterior black ring around the outer border of the circle. The outer border circle contains the wording "SALISH KOOTENAI COLLEGE" in black letters centered at the top, and the wording "EDUCATION LEADERSHIP WISDOM" in black letters centered at the bottom, with small black circles on either side of the word "LEADERSHIP". Within the outer border is an inner circle outlined in black featuring a background of green mountains with four white caps beneath a dark sky shaded from dark blue to violet blue with shaded gold where the sun is depicted about to rise over the green mountains. The lower half of the inner circle is white. In the center of the inner circle is a light tan Native American teepee with a black top and a thin scalloped red border sitting above a larger scalloped turquoise border. In front of the teepee there are two darker tan Native American pipes facing left and right. On top of the pipes there is an open book with brown edges and beige pages. Protruding toward the bottom of the teepee are seven white feathers, each with a fine black dividing line and red tips.
