The mark consists of the word "ELECTRO" in cobalt blue above a black ring and the word "BROM" in cobalt blue under the black ring, the black ring being centered vertically between the two words and centered horizontally with respect to each word, a group of three bright green converging open rings with the group being centered inside the black ring, a smaller bright green ring underneath the three converging open rings and centered in the black ring, and a yellow lightning bolt extending diagonally and diametrically across and extending past opposite sides of the black ring.
