Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the shaping of the upper torso of a children's or adults' costume component with first, defined and bas-relief twin and opposed, upper pectoral muscles, and several, centrally located and below the pectoral muscles, six-pack or abdominal muscles, all to simulate a well-toned human's upper torso. The rest of the costume (cape, collar, belt, shorts and leggings) and the wearer's arms and head, are shown in dotted lines and are intended only to show the manner by which the overall design of the mark appears on the goods and they are not a feature of the mark.
