The mark consists of a copper colored, stylized letter "e" enclosed within a semi-complete circle. The perimeter of said semi-circle has four, separate propeller like figures/shapes affixed to it, and in variation appear the colors red, orange, yellow, white; green, white, blue and teal; white, yellow, orange and brown; as well as blue and white. Each of the propeller figures/shapes depicts one of the four (what is commonly referred to in academia as), classic elements: earth, fire, wind and water. Additionally, both semi-circle and propeller like figures are completely anchored (on the left and right) by two black brackets. Located on the bottom portion of said mark is the stylized phrase "hair elements", appearing in copper, lowercase lettering. The first letter "e" making up the word "elements" is in the same stylized font as the "e" contained within the semi-complete circle that appears at the top portion of said mark. The phrase "hair elements" runs the entire length of the mark.
The color(s) copper, black, gold, red, orange, yellow, green, white, brown, blue, and teal is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
