The wording "POW" and "MIA" appears at the top of the left tag. The right tag shows a design of a soldier in gray and black, encompassed within a wreath. The wording "KIA" and "WIA" appears at the top of the right tag. A motorcycle wheel sits behind the eagle, whose head lines up with the center axle hole and the spokes of the wheel are gray, white and black while the tire is black with white. Rivets can be seen around the wheels rim done in black and the lug nuts also appear in black on the inner most circle of the wheel.
