The mark consists of a substantially grayscale photograph comprising at least one colored product engaged with at least one object in an environment, said photograph displayed on or by packaging, point of purchase displays, marketing materials, or multimedia associated with the product. The dotted lines show the display of the mark and its non-limiting photographic subject matter, and the solid rectangles represent each product at a non-limiting position and in a non-limiting configuration within the photograph.
