The mark consists of the stylized wording "AMERICAN TELUGU ASSOCIATION" arranged in an arc; an arced line is located under the stylized wording "AMERICAN TELUGU ASSOCIATION"; the stylized wording "ATA" is at least partially located within the arc; the arced line extends from adjacent the outside leg of each "A" of the stylized wording "ATA"; the stylized wording "ATA" is located on top of a stylized scales of justice design consisting of a repeating pattern of diamonds with two horizontal lines on top; a star-like element consisting of a four-point star and a square design separates the top of the scales of justice and is against a semi-circular repeating pattern of diamonds; below the scales of justice are the non-Latin characters that transliterate to "AMERICA TELUGU SANGHAMU", which curves between the bottom of the scales of justice; an ornamental grouping of leaf-like elements are located above and below the non-Latin characters and between the bottom of the scales of justice.
"AMERICAN TELUGU ASSOCIATION" and the non-Latin characters in the mark that transliterate to "AMERICA TELUGU SANGHAMU" has become distinctive of the goods/services through the applicant's substantially exclusive and continuous use of the mark in commerce that the U.S. Congress may lawfully regulate for at least the five years immediately before the date of this statement.
