The mark consists of a field of blue with the bust of a bald eagle with a yellow beak and white and brown feathers. The eagle is looking to his left while holding a light blue fiber optic cable in his beak. Beneath the letters "ATIONS" in "COMMUNICATIONS" appear the words "AND ELECTRIC, INC.", which is white in color.
