The mark consists of a 3-dimensional configuration of a stylized smartphone case consisting of a transparent soft cover, an opaque hard frame, an opaque sliding cover, and a storage compartment underneath the sliding cover. The hard frame is smaller in size than the soft cover, such that when the frame is placed on the cover, the top and bottom portions of the soft cover are visible. The sliding cover is integrated onto the hard frame so as to be flush with the frame and cover. The soft cover is visible when the sliding cover is in an open position. The dotted lines are used to show elements of the design that are not claimed features of the mark which include indentation on one side of the storage compartment, opening in the soft case for the camera, opening around the camera opening in the frame, all buttons and recesses for buttons, and spaced apertures at the bottom of the soft case.
