The mark consists of a human skull with the right half of the skull having half of a scuba diving helmet superimposed over it. Below the skull, in a "U" shape, appears the wording "LOGGING BEAST" in all capital letters. The letters themselves are in a distressed type font. The skull image and the lettering is then superimposed over a cut piece of timber and a hand axe, which are positioned in an "X" or crisscrossed pattern. This image is then inset into an image of a woodworking sawblade.
