The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that authorized users have the knowledge and ability to deliver business and leadership development services that meet the quality standards of the Conscious Business Institute. To obtain the certification mark, authorized users must (a) successfully completed Module 1 - 3 of the Conscious Business Institute Ambassador Program, including all online videos, exercises, discussion groups, and web meetings; (b) exhibit an understanding of the Conscious Business Institute approaches and material presented during the Conscious Business Ambassador Program, demonstrated by facilitating elements of the program as chosen by Conscious Business Institute principals to other program participants; (c) have demonstrated the ability to plan and facilitate consulting and coaching projects in business settings, demonstrated by previous business experience; (d) successfully complete a 60 minute personal interview with a Conscious Business principal assessing the understanding of the Conscious Business Institute approaches and the person's ability to effectively convey and apply the Conscious Business Institute approaches in case study provided by the Conscious Business Institute principal; (e) exhibit an understanding, and commit to an adherence of the Conscious Business Ambassador Certification Standards and Requirements; and (f) signing of a Conscious Business Institute Collaboration Agreement.
