"FOODS" AND "FRESH, WHOLESOME, NATURAL"
The mark consists of the words "NILE VALLEY FOODS" in all capital letters following the top curve of a circle within the center of the mark. Within the circle are three pyramid shapes, with the rightmost pyramid having a diagonal break from upper left to lower right that runs part of the way down that pyramid. The middle pyramid is larger than the two pyramids on either side. The two outer pyramid bases extend beyond the circle border. The left walls of the center and left pyramids are lighter than the right walls of the same pyramids. The rightmost pyramid is entirely shaded. The upper half of the circle behind the pyramids is lightly shaded, with sun rays extending from behind the center pyramid outward toward the upper circle border. The lower half of the circle below the pyramids is shaded, with a stream shape curving through from just below the base of the largest pyramid to the bottom of the circle border. A silhouette of a fish is located at the lower end of the stream, within the circle border. The fish shape has four fins, one tail, an open mouth, and the head is facing left. The words "FRESH, WHOLESOME, NATURAL" appear in stylized text and run across the bottom of the circle border, following the curve of the circle.
