Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a circle with a wavy line dividing the circle in half. A large stylized letter "P" is superimposed over the circle. Both ends of the descender in the letter "P" extend beyond the circle and both ends are pointed with the extending portions shadowed in black. The bowl completing the letter "P" extends beyond the descender in the top potion and comes to a point. The lower portion of the bowl comes to a point but does not extend past the descender but the end is also pointed. Underneath are the words "CAP COM" in uppercase bold type. Centered underneath "CAP COM" is the word "Premier" with a capital "P" and the remaining letters in lower case.
