Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a capital letter "V" and lowercase letter "e" contained within a stylized circle with breaks in the circumference at the 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 10 o'clock positions. The two bottom segments of the stylized circumference are double the line weight of the top segment. The baseline and vertex of the letter "V" are below the baseline of the letter "e" by approximately the height of the letter "e" and connect with the outside circumference to the left of the break at the 6 o'clock position. The lower bowl of the lowercase "e" intersects with the circumference approximately two-thirds down the length of the bowl at the 4 o'clock position of the stylized circle's circumference and fades from solid black to white in the direction of the 6 o'clock position. Within the stylized circle there is a line that follows the curve of the stylized circumference from the top of the stem of the capital "V" to just short of the complete arc of the corner of the letter "V". That line progresses from solid black at the stem of the "V" to white at the closure of the arc, giving the appearance of a faded line. The lower case letters "entrom" are aligned with the baseline of the letter "e" and are outside the stylized circle. There is a solid line inside the stylized circumference that follows the arc of the circumference from just short of the stem of the "V" to the 9 o'clock position of the circumference. One solid equilateral triangle, half the height of each capital letter, aligned with the top of the meanline of the lowercase letters, with one vertex pointing at the 3 o'clock position is placed between the text "Limited Resources" and "Difficult Decisions" and one is also placed between the text "Difficult Decisions" and "A Better Solution". The text "A Better Solution" is bold and italicized.
