Food items outlined include fruit, vegetables, pasta noodles, and meatballs, positioned overtop appropriate receptacles signifying suggestive compartmentalization of foods when the mat is actually used. The trade name of the mat adorns the front covering in prominent display. An "ez pz" (R) logo is displayed reminiscent of smiling faces, and is portrayed upon the transparent front covering overtop the same "ez pz" (R) logo formed in the underlying mat. The words "less mess. more fun." are displayed underneath the logo, in lowercase, cursive lettering. The words "placemat + pate in one" adorn the front covering proximal an edge of the mat. The fonts are sans serif. The rear of the packaging is cardstock and includes printed material, safety and consumer information regarding the mat's manufacture and use. An enlarged photo of the integrated tableware and dining mat is central and juxtaposed proximal the "ez pz" logo. Photos of the mat in use by children and methods of cleaning the mat as well as methods of serving food with the mat surround the central image. Tag lines are associated with the images, and include "suctions to the table", "easy to clean", "stack and store easily", "dishwasher and microwave safe". A handle is embedded atop the packaging for easy portage and hanging display.
