The mark consists of a shaded, circular disk, bordered with a narrow, shaded hoop, a narrow space separating the disk and the hoop, and in front of the disk, a stylized chef's hat, tilted on a slight angle, with a cartoon smiley mouth underneath it, the mouth formed by the combination of a spoon and a fork, the bowl of the spoon at one end of the handle and the tines of the fork at the other, as if forming the cheek dimples on a smiling cartoon face.
