The mark consists of a rectangle outlined in white. Inside of the rectangle is an image of a mountain range, where the mountains are outlined in white and shaded in in black. The phrase IDAHONIA in white lower case letters is placed on top of the back shading of the mountains, preceded by a white shaded map of Idaho. Above the mountains the rest of the space inside of the rectangle is split up into five horizontal sections, which are shaded in in three different colors, the lowest section is shaded in in blue, then orange, purple, blue and purple on the very top.
