Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration that is applied to the equilateral ten-sided cylindrical adjustment surfaces controlling focus, magnification, illumination, windage, elevation, and/or parallax adjustments on an archery, air rifle or firearm scope or sight. Applicant's mark is shown in the drawings from four (4) views, namely end (ocular), top, side, and perspective. Only the equilateral ten-sided cylindrical design on the cylindrical adjustment surfaces, represented in solid lines, constitute the mark; the rest of the scope or sight depicted in broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position of the mark on the scope or sight.
