Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the configuration of a ceiling fan, namely a two-bladed ceiling fan having 1) a circular upper base member for attachment to a ceiling, the base member having an outer rim, a central shaft holding portion, and three equally spaced radial arms extending from the central portion to the rim; 2) three straight vertical bolts, each bolt attached at one end to, and extending downwardly from, the outward end of one of the base member's radial arms; 3) a vertical downwardly extending generally tubular shaft-enclosing member having at its upper end three outwardly extending equally spaced radial arms and at its lower end a flange which is generally hemispherical on its upper surface and flat on its lower surface, the lower ends of the bolts 2) being attached respectively to the radial arms of 3) at points near the end of each arm; 4)three rods attached at their upper ends to the outer ends of the radial arms of 3) and extending downwardly and inwardly therefrom, the lower ends of the rods being attached to the shaft enclosing member immediately above the flange. The pulleys and fan blades in the drawing show the general surroundings of the claimed mark and do not constitute any part of the mark itself.
