The mark consists of a tubular gray circle trimmed in black with a black bridge atop the circle. Written around the circle are the royal blue words "Natchez Adams School District". The circle surrounds aqua water with royal blue waves. A road, depicted as Highway 61, starts at the inner bottom of circle and runs north into the water. A block royal blue letter "N", trimmed in gray, sits atop the road and in front of a gold rod. The road ends behind the "N" and gold rod. The gold rod pierces the circle on both sides, right and left, and is outlined in black. Touching the bottom line of the circle is the long-established royal blue and gold school district crest with four symbols, counterclockwise: open book in gold on a royal blue background, track shoe in gold on a royal blue background, scales of justice in gold on a royal blue background, and a lyre in gold on a royal blue background, separated by two gold lines in a cross shape with the crest outlined in gold and a torch at top of crest behind which is a Highway 61 sign appearing in white with black numbers. Underneath the tubular circle is the school district's slogan written in white and outlined in black with white shadowing, "Great Students, Great Schools, Great Community," encased by an irregular gray rectangular shape outlined in gold. Between the words "Great Students" and "Great Schools" is a royal blue outlined in black with white shadowing, diagonally-positioned paw in a northeast direction.
