The mark consists of the mark consists of an image of a small cartoonized female Puerto Rican Coqui frog smiling and/or smirking while hugging and holding onto the left side of a large cartoonized Açaí berry. The Coqui frog features two thick then thinning curved opposing lines indicating species specific markings running from its eyes then along its back, the lines meet at a point at the base of its lower back, and a thin curved line bisects its right side which follows the shape of the frog from atop the right shoulder upward to its chin and from underneath the right shoulder downward to its hip thereby denoting its underbelly while distinguishing its back. The Açaí berry features a swiggly line on the right side of the Açaí berry indicating the round characteristic of the Açaí berry. The top of the Açaí berry includes a set of swiggly lines forming the outline of the brush of the Açaí berry, and a dot as the center of the brush. Three leaves flank the Açaí berrry, two of the leaves appear on the left side of the Açaí berry and are partially covered by the body of the Coqui frog, and one leaf appears on the right of the Açaí berry and is partially covered by the Açaí berry. The leaves are cartoonized and are comprised of three shapes: 1) the entire blade or both right and left lamina are represented by a single pointed oval with its base partially obscured by the image of the Açaí berry; 2) the midrib is represented by a thick center line gradually coming to a rounded point ending near the upper portion of the leaf/pointed oval; and 3) the lateral veins are represented in abstract as waveforms and/or waves with sharply cresting and/or pointed peaks whose base abuts the outer curvature, if left leaning, then of the left side, or, if right leaning, then of the right side for the pointed oval form constituting the leaf they are featured on.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
