The color(s) green, black, red and yellow is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a black map of the African continent, circumscribed by red spear-like shapes pointing toward the map, which is in turn circumscribed by three green and yellow other rings at different spaces. The first ring is made up of yellow rhombuses. The second and third rings are made up of small green dashes, in pairs, with one of the dashes thicker than the other; from a distance, the ring formed by the dashes appear to be UPC bar codes. There are long rectangular lines that start just outside of the 'spear' layer and radiate out like sun rays.
The wording "Ginjan" has no meaning in a foreign language.
