The mark consists of the number 5 which is in the center of two concentric circles. The concentric circles have one line bisecting the circles in the center vertically and one line bisecting the circles in the center horizontally. A lighter patch of gray, representing shading, is present in the upper right hand quadrant of the concentric circles.
