The color(s) yellow, orange, pink, red, blue, and green is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a motion mark in color. The nature of the motion is that of an electric wave consisting of flowing elements of the colors yellow, orange, pink, red, blue, and green, which flow into the left side of a black background at different wavelengths; they peak in size and intensity in a confluence in the middle of the frame, and then flow out of the right side of the black background, with the color fading out. The duration of the motion is approximately 3.75 seconds. The stills in the sequence are equally spaced approximately .2 seconds apart. The stills are spaced consecutively from the beginning to the end of the sequence. The stills follow a progression from the top left (1st still) to the bottom right (20th still), moving from left to right across each row and then down to the next row. The specific dimensions of the background will vary depending on the specific device that is used with the mark. The precise sequence of the stills is as follows: In the 1st and 2nd stills, only a black background is shown. In the 3rd still, a small portion of a pink flowing element enters the frame from the left side of the frame, in the middle of the frame. In the 4th and 5th stills, more of the wave becomes visible, as yellow, orange, red, and blue flowing elements enter the frame from the left side of the frame, and all colored flowing elements stretch toward the center of the frame. In the 6th through 9th stills, the colors in the electric wave become brighter and the flowing elements become thicker, as the wavelengths peak in size and activity and fill the middle of the frame, moving toward the right side of the frame. The pink flowing element appears in the bottom portion of the wave, the yellow and orange flowing elements appear in the middle of the electric wave and the red, blue and green flowing elements appear toward the upper portion of the wave. In the 10th through 12th stills, the colored flowing elements start to exit the right side of the frame, in the middle of the frame, as the wave decreases in in size and brightness. In the 13th through 17th stills, the electric wave continues to fade in brightness and shrink in size until it is barely visible as a small, more linear cluster of colors situated in the middle of the right side of the frame, with orange and yellow most visible, as the wave exits. In the 18th through 20th stills, only a black background is visible, ending the animation.
