The mark consists of The mark consists of a vertical oval with a picture of the head of William O. Sloan which is surrounded by capital letters of "THE ORIGINAL HUMMINGBIRD SWING". Across the bottom of the oval is a frayed banner and capital letters spelling the word "POP'S". At each end of the banner there are scratch marks where the banner turns. The left side of the banner turns up and the right side of the banner turns down. The left end of the banner has a unbloomed flower appears to be growing from the frayed edge and the right end of the banner has a blooming flower that also appears to be growing from the frayed edge. On this blooming flower on the right end is a red hummingbird who appears to be feeding at the blooming flower.
