In the inner circle appears a shield design where the outline of the shield appears in gold. The top portion of the shield appears in blue with a gold outline with five white five pointed stars aligned horizontally. In the lower portion of the shield appear red and white alternating vertical stripes separated by a gold outline. In front of the red and white stripes appears the head of a bald eagle. The color white outside the circles represents the background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
