Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a colon (:) after the word ME in the phrase "COLOR ME", with a geometric flower right above it. The reason for the colon is so that I may label products with an adjective or adverb, after the phrase, "COLOR ME:" For example, the name of my company is "COLOR ME: SPARKLED", but to sell items for Halloween, for example, I would like to incorporate "COLOR ME: Spooky", in the labels "COLOR ME: Joyful" would be for Christmas products, etc. "The COLOR ME:" logo would always be printed with another word following the colon.
