The full body elf is wearing tights with horizontal red and beige stripes as well as a red scarf. The background of the design consists of a sky and a snowy ground. The three upper quarters of the background of the packaging design appear in color blue with white snowflakes falling down. The lower background area of the packaging appears in color white as snow with few blue lines in the snow. The dotted lines around the design are not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely show placement of the mark on the applicant's product packaging.
