The mark consists of the head and upper body of a king cobra facing forward displaying its hood, with its mouth open revealing its fangs, and with its tongue protruding straight out. Irregular black lines on the face represent the cobra's scales, and a series of horizontal lines on the neck and upper body represent the segments of the cobra's neck and upper body. The cobra's eyes have a red background and black pupils, the tongue is black, the fangs are yellow with black detailing lines, and the cobra's head, hood, and upper body are yellow, with black lines detailing the scales and segments. Three of the segments of the cobra's neck and upper body are colored red. Starting from the top of the picture and counting down, the first four segments are colored yellow, followed by one segment colored red, with the next two segments in yellow, the next segment in red, the next two in yellow, the next segment in red, and the final four segments at the bottom of the picture in yellow. On the right side of the picture, inside the lower portion of the cobra's hood are the letters "TWPT" in capitals, in black boldface. Both of the letters "T" are written in a stylized manner to represent a combination of the letter "T" and the number "7". Also, the letter "W" is written in a stylized manner to represent two intersecting "V'"s. The letter "P" is a standard capital letter, and is not written in a stylized manner. Outside of the hood, underneath the letters "TWPT", is the phrase "The World's Perfect Theme", written in black. Only the first letter of each word is capitalized, and all other letters are in standard lower case. The capital letters "T" and "W" used in this phrase are written in the same stylized manner as in the "TWPT" section, although these letters are not in boldface.
The color(s) yellow, red, and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
