Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a logo which contains 4 layers and is made using Photoshop CC (2014) 1st Layer: The first layer is a background that is 500 pixels wide and 500 pixels tall. The resolution is 72 pixels/inch. 2nd Layer: The second layer is a rounded square with the corners of it (the radius) set to 60 pixels. The square is then filled and "rasterized". A radial gradient is applied from the top down. The second layer also contains an effect, that is, "bevel & emboss". The second layer (rounded square) is beveled to the following specifications: Structure: - Bevel & emboss selected; - Style: Inner Bevel; - Technique: Smooth; - Depth: 100%; - Direction: Up; - Size: 15 Pixels; - Soften: 0 Pixels; Shading: - Angle: 120 Degrees; - Altitude: 30 Degrees; - Gloss Contour: Linear; - Highlight Mode: Screen; Opacity: 75%; - Shadow Mode: Multiply; Opacity: 75%. 3rd Layer: The third layer adds a circle within the square (the indentation). After inlaying the circle, it is filled black and then "rasterized". A radial gradient is applied from the bottom (of the circle) up. 4th Layer: The fourth layer adds the word "PULL". Using the "horizontal type tool", the word "PULL" is spelled out in all capital letters. The font is Arial Black at 100 points and is filled. It is then placed dead-center of the logo as a whole.
The stippling is for shading purposes only.
