The mark consists of a horizontally positioned solid oval with a thin border, separated from an oval by a thin area. The oval has a vertical (isosceles trapezoid shaped) swallow tail ribbon of a solid color attached to its bottom side. The long (upper) side of the ribbon is perfectly curved along the bottom border of the oval. The short (lower) side of the ribbon is swallow tail shaped. The vertical sides of the ribbon are equal to 2/3 of the minor diameter of the oval. Inside the ribbon is centrally positioned the wording "PROUDLY GROWN in USA". The word "PROUDLY" is located in exact center of the ribbon, and the words "GROWN IN USA" are right below it, in one line. Below the lower side of the ribbon, and inside the swallow tail cut area, are centrally positioned in a down curved line manner the three stars. Two side stars are 1.5 times smaller than a centrally and slightly lower positioned bigger star. Over and across the lower half of an oval, and slightly stretching beyond its left and right edges, there superimposed is a rectangular shaped banner. Its top long side is perfectly aligned with the line of the major diameter of the oval. Its lower long side is slightly curved upwards. The top left and right corners of the banner are curved. The bottom left and right corners are slightly less than 90 degrees, because of the upper manner curvature of the lower long side of the banner. The left and right (short) sides of the banner are equal to 1/3 of a minor diameter of an oval. Inside the banner, and taking most of its area, located is the phrase "100 PERCENT". The height of the digits and the letters in the wording is diminishing from beginning towards the middle of the phrase, and then increases from the middle towards the end, in order to compensate for the upward manner curvature of the lower long side of the banner. Inside the upper half area of the oval, and immediately above the top side of the banner, there located an engraving. It is shaped as a half oval, but has a smaller area. This leaves a perfect solid arch above the engraving, with its bases close to left and right sides of the banner. The width of the arch is 1/8th of the minor diameter of the oval. The left and right bases of the arch are engraved with ears of wheat, bent to the right and left accordingly. The height of the ears of wheat is ¿ of the length of the arch. The engraving below the arch contains the three stylized trees in the left side, the field crops, stretching in three upper manner curved lines, starting on the right from the trees and from the top side of the banner, and reaching the right side curve of the arch. Above the field crops is the rising sun (half way). Three small birds (v-shaped) are engraved over the background of the sun. The rest of the area above the trees, the field crops, and around the sun, are engraved with horizontal stripes, while depicting the sky.
