Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of The Heart Emblem with the glasses will not change variate from the attached image. The H and the D are apart of the original trademark but will have variations due to designs on products. The H and D have a graffiti style theme to them.The attached emblem represents an acronym for H.O.O.D.. The emblem is subject to different colorways. Also I include a heart pocket themed shirt in which the fabric used for the heart matches the cuff of the sleeve. That should be trademarked along with the logo.
