The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress of a restaurant depicted in five renderings. The first rendering shows the booth seating with white rectangular seat back and seat bottom cushions and brown wood upper and lower accents, the angular brown wood booth dividers, and the transparent glass dividers separating the individual seating areas.
