The mark consists of the words "DERBY ROYALE". The background is a rectangular shaped with rounded corners piece of a black, white and gray checkered texture surrounded by a bold and embossed red tinted outline. A gradient of white and gray partly darkens the checkered texture. The letters of the word "DERBY" are arranged slightly curved and are filled in with white and light blue and are outlined in red. All letters and their outlines are extruded to a certain depth for a kind of 3D look. The letters of the word "ROYALE" are arranged straight.
