Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the "upper" portion of the logo in all caps with stylized lettering, it also has a #"2" attached to it, it reads "BGB2". The "bottom" portion of the logo shares the same stylized lettering as the upper portion, except the wording is in upper and lower case. It reads, "BeGoodRBeBad". The letters touch on the upper and lower portion of the logo. On the "bottom" portion of the log on the first "B" there is an Angel halo that sits atop of it. On the last "B" of the logo on the bottom, the "B" is adorned with a pair of "devil horns" and a "devils pointed tail" attached to it. The "R" in the "BeGood[R]BeBad" on the bottom of the logo swoops under the second "B", the one with the "devils horns". There is a "hookah bit" on the end of the "R" under the "B" with smoke that rises up through the "B" and up to the #"2" in the upper right portion of the "BGB2" logo. Underneath the completed logo is the statement "...The PUFF is yours".
